Lead Alerts with Conversation Context
A booking made in the chat is attached to that conversation and fires your lead notifications through the agent that ran it. The AI sees the booking and confirms instead of offering to book again.
Series and Workflow Triggers
Meeting booked and Meeting cancelled are ready-made triggers. Pick them in a series or a workflow to send a confirmation sequence, prep material, or an alert to the rep.

Connect your Calendly account
Click Connect with Calendly under Settings → Integrations and approve the consent screen. Halo asks only for your user, event types, scheduled events and webhooks.
Pick event types on your sales agent
Under the agent's Integration embeds, add Calendly and choose an event type from your account. Give it a label like "Book a demo".
Route visitors to the right calendar
Optionally add scheduling routing rules so enterprise prospects land on your account executive's calendar and everyone else books an intro call with the SDR team.
