Get started quickly with a straightforward setup process. Your AI agent starts learning from Orbit Forms data immediately.
Connect your Orbit account
Under Settings → Integrations → Orbit, connect with your Orbit login. This one connection powers the embeds and the sync of submissions and meetings into Contacts.
Add the Halo field to your forms
In Orbit, add a hidden field named halo_session to any form you want in the chat. Halo fills it in automatically so each submission attaches to its conversation.
Pick forms and pages on your sales agent
Under the agent's Integration embeds, add an Orbit form or an Orbit scheduling page from the picker, or paste its share link. Label it and the agent knows when to show it.
Route and follow up
Optionally add scheduling routing rules, then start a series or workflow on Form submitted or Meeting scheduled to follow up before the lead goes cold.
